Today we made two kinds of French quiche — quiche Lorraine and broccoli quiche!!  The links to the recipes are below:

We also learned some new vocabulary:

Bonjour, je m’appelle … – Hello, my name is…                       J’ai faim! – I’m hungry!

Comment tu t’appelles?  – What’s your name?                      J’ai soif! – I’m thirsty!

Le couvert – the place setting                                             La serviette – napkin

La fourchette – fork                                                             Le verre – glass

Le couteau – knife                                                               Le bol – bowl

La cuillière – spoon                                                              Le sel – salt

L’assiette – plate                                                                  Le poivre – pepper
